Anger and Authority in the United States. February 2015 [videorecording] / Canadian Broadcasting Corporation

Summary:

The recent deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner unleashed waves of anger and resentment across the U.S. Both victims were black and died at the hands of white police officers. And in both cases, authorities declined to press charges. These events brought to the surface long standing tensions in the U.S. between police and the very people they're expected to serve and protect.
