Disparities in primary health care experiences among Canadians with ambulatory care sensitive conditions

Summary: "This report fills an important gap in our knowledge of primary health care for Canadians with ambulatory care sensitive conditions. It aims to establish whether there are any systemic differences by socio-economic and geographical conditions, health condition and sex in the access to, use of and appropriateness of primary health care experiences for people diagnosed with ambulatory care sensitive conditions. The results will help identify barriers to and difficulties in accessing primary health care services and assess whether all Canadians are receiving an appropriate level of care according to their needs.
