Summary: "The Community Sector Council Newfoundland and Labrador (CSC) ... is working in three areas of Newfoundland and Labrador to increase the capacity of community service providers to build the financial literacy skills of low income and economically disadvantaged individuals and families. The first step of the 'Dealing with Dollars' project was to identify the gaps that face individuals related to good money management as well as the barriers to uptake of financial literacy supports and services.
