Generation next 2.0

Summary: What distinguishes the members of Generation Next from their predecessors? This program - a sequel to the celebrated public television documentary Generation Next (item #36957) - looks at the beliefs, concerns, and goals that galvanize young people today. Renowned broadcast journalist Judy Woodruff guides viewers across the United States and into the lives of America's future leadership. In their early 20s, John and Katie Fiske are already married and own an apartment. Ex-gang member Leo Vazquez is also married and turning his life around. Newspaper editor John Allan Clark has brought the idealism of Generation Next to his hometown weekly. And openly gay Jarrett Lucas speaks at Christian colleges, while Villanova student Jon Reimer is an outspoken conservative and evangelical Christian.
