Mobilize

Films Media Group, (film distributor.). TDC Entertainment. (Added Author).

Summary: This investigative documentary explores the potential long-term health effects from cell phone radiation, including brain cancer and infertility. Wireless technology is under regulated, yet has become ubiquitous in modern life. Director Kevin Kunze examines the most recent scientific research, including studies showing elevated risks among child cell phone users, and learns about the challenges politicians face trying to pass precautionary legislation, such as San Francisco's consumer right-to-know bill and California's SB 932 that would require retailers to post radiofrequency warnings on cell phone products. Featuring interviews with expert researchers, mobile phone industry representatives, prominent politicians, and brain tumor survivors, "Mobilize" illuminates how industry's economic and political influence can corrupt public health.
