Open your eyes four DVD videos reveal medicinal and other benefits of wild plants native to the boreal forest

Summary: Early North American Aboriginals lived off the land. Nature fulfilled their basic needs. Knowledge for survival was passed from generation to generation. Health and healing benefits were derived from native plants and trees commonly found in Canada's boreal forest. But, over time, much of that traditional knowledge has been lost. Today there is a drive to regain much of that valuable history. Brenda Gaudry of Barrows, Manitoba travels the trails of the boreal forest searching and studying, finding the secrets of health and wellness that her Aboriginal ancestors knew so well. The four programs on this DVD will take you on a trail of learning about natural botanicals, making crafts from nature and business opportunities that exist right in your own back yard.
