Summary: This documentary is about a young Native girl from a small community on Vancouver Island and the events which led up to her becoming infected with the HIV virus. The video follows Kecia Larkin on a tour of Native communities in Ontario as she delivers strong messages to young people about AIDS. She also addresses sexual abuse, alcoholism, drug addiction, street life, and the realities of growing up in a small Native community.
