Walking with grandfather

Summary: A film about an elder native man spreading his wisdom to two of his grandchildren and their friends, telling them about the harmony of nature, the need for people to serve each other in better ways, and the need for equal power and respect between men and women. Each story represents a tale from a different North American Indian tribe and provides the opportunity to learn about the traditional customs and beliefs of Native peoples. Featuring the voices of Karisma Bastien, Bob George, Mark Hoover, Martha Many Grey Horses, Phil Lane Jr., Phil Lucas, Harry Shade, Kimone Soop, Tiffany crow Shoe, David Spinks and Pat Twigg. Other voices by children and adults from the Blood and Peigan Bands. (Award: American Indian Film Festival.)
